Girls Fall Longhouse
October 21, 2016 - October 23, 2016
$25Come all big braves and princesses to the 2016 Fall Longhouse! There will be a lot of things to do: This campground is located on 2000-acre Lake Kingsley which has a boat ramp ($5 ramp fee and you can leave your boat or jet ski in the water for the weekend), a marked off swimming area with a large dock to jump from, as well as canoes, kayaks and other water adventure equipment that is available at the camp recreation office or bring your own. War games will include the ever popular egg toss, the tug of war and three-legged race. Medals will be awarded for first place. Camp Blanding has a military museum on site as well as a store and a restaurant. There are miles of roads to ride bikes on. Please keep in mind that this is a military facility and one of our own big braves is sponsoring our camp to allow us access. There is a guard at the gate who will require ID’s to enter the facility. RV Campsites are limited, so register early.
Federation Level Medals: Egg toss 8 and under and 9 and over, 3-legged race, tug of war, and informational video (replaces skits).
Medals Per Nation: Best fireside grub, tug of war, best tribal property display
