Open House in Mandarin – CANCELLED DUE TO STORM

October 6, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

CANCELLATION NOTICE:
For the safety of our current and prospective members, we have cancelled this last open house at Mandarin Presbyterian Church. We ask that all prospective members that planned on attending to please email us at info@nsdjax.org. By email or phone, we can discuss the program and answer any questions you have.

Please stay safe over the next few days as Hurricane Matthew passes through.

Native Sons and Daughters is a parent and child organization. We are a non-profit organization focused on building a lifelong bond between parents and their children. Unlike most other organizations, we keep both parent and child active together through small group (Tribe) activities and large group (Nation) activities.

Native Sons and Daughters programs are most active during the school year. Each fall we open our doors to the public and host a series of informational open house events where prospective members can hear about the programs from active members, both parents and children, and get answers for any questions they might have.

We understand time is valuable and lives are busy so we plan a variety of events to help you enjoy quality time with your child. The more you participate, the more memories you will build. The Native American theme serves as a common level of interest between parent and child not only to learn about that culture but to reinforce family values.

For more information about the Native Sons and Daughters of Jacksonville and the Timucuan Longhouse, please email info@nsdjax.org.

Please join us. Your kids will thank you later.
