Dads, you only get 18 summers with your kids.
Let's make them count!
Native Sons and Daughters is an all-volunteer, non-profit activity program focused on building bonds between dads and their kids. It’s different from any other youth organization in that it keeps dads and kids active together. This isn’t about cheering from the sidelines—it’s about jumping in, and sharing in the adventure with your child. While some programs have parents dropping off their kids or watching from the stands, here fathers and children experience activities side by side, creating shared memories and strengthening the parent-child connection.
Don’t miss out. Sign up today & start your adventure!
Unplug. Connect. Adventure Together.
Step into the circle of the Native Sons and Daughters of Jacksonville, where dads and kids forge legendary bonds through thrilling adventures and timeless traditions. From camping under the stars to cheering at local games, the Timucuan Longhouse offers monthly events that fit even the busiest schedules.
Our program is inspired by the traditions of North American cultural groups, reinforcing the vital father-child connection through hands-on experiences, small tribe gatherings, and large-scale nation events.

We Plan. You Play.
As a volunteer-led, non-profit organization, we take care of the planning so you can focus on what matters most—quality time with your child. With just a few hours a month, you’ll build new traditions and give your family a gift that lasts forever—memories.
