The 2024 Girls Spring Longhouse is heading back to Suwannee River Rendezvous in Mayo, FL on the banks of the beautiful Suwannee River. There’s fishing, pigeon races, flightless bird poop bingo, a pig petting zoo and much more. Every registered girl will get one registration for entry into the pigeon race on Saturday. We will have a fishing contest and there will be the best campsite award for those that tie in with the theme, Pink Harvest Moon. Decorate your campsite and cook the best food for the federation to walk through and judge. The best use of the theme in all areas will win and we will again judge the skits and campsite during the walk around.
On set-up day, Friday April 19th, do not plan to bring anything to cook and don’t bother stopping for food on the way in. We will have hamburgers and hotdogs – with all the fixings. We will also have a late-night movie, so bring your appetite!
