Its time to get the paddles wet, and cool off in the river before back to school. We will meet up at 9:30 at the Suwannee Canoe Outpost at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. We will be picked up at 2:00 at the Gibson Park boat ramp and shuttled back to the Outpost.
Costs for the trip is $30 per person for renting a canoe. The third person is $13. Costs are $13 per person with their own boat.
The fed will supply the charcoal; you bring your chosen slab of meat to grill. The fed will also bring a stove and a pail to heat water in for breakfast. We will be staying in a river camp. No tents required. Registration is limited to the first 40 for screened platforms. After that you have to bring a tent.
Registration closes on August 7th.
