Girls Fall Longhouse

Girls’ Longhouse UPDATE:

Friday Campers will be treated to Burgers and Dogs (protein only), while supplies last.
Saturday will include a Community Dinner made possible by Bubba Burgers, and cooked by Big Wolf and Big Tree of Seneca.
Please bring bikes to make the scavenger hunt easier.
Every tribe needs to bring at least two pieces of wood for the sacred fire.

Autumn is among us, so let’s celebrate with our daughters at our annual Girls’ Fall Longhouse at The Spirit of the Suwannee, in Live Oak, Florida, November 7-9.

At this magical setting, be on the lookout for eagles, and watch the bats leave their house at dusk.

Chiefs Tomahawk, Steaming Head, and Snoring Eagle have put together some exciting and new entertainment for this huge extravaganza including:

• an interactive musical with child participation;
• a petting zoo;
• hand craft to do with your daughter;
• a new Native American speaker;
• “Acorn Ceremony” at the Sacred Fire;
• and of course the best war games, East of the Mississippi.

Event Cost: $20 per person for the weekend
– ALL campers MUST be registered with our Native Sons and Daughters program before camping.
– Late registration (day of event) will be an additional $5
