SUMMARY:Suwannee Canoe Trip
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of the year again to get ready for our ever-popular Summer Canoe Trip! Due to damages from high water levels and storms\, we’ll be doing it a little bit different this year. We’ll arrive Friday the 2nd of August at Spirit of Suwannee Music Park to set up camp on the Flip Flop Trail near the Grand Hall\, not far from the Canoe Outpost. Sorry\, but this will be a tent-only event. We’ll get up early Saturday morning to put in up river from the park and canoe back to SOSMP\, enjoying swimming and lunch out on the river. After canoeing\, you can relax there at the park and spend the night and return home Sunday morning or feel free to head home Saturday evening.\n\nEither way\, you and your little princess or brave will have fun! Don’t forget to call the\nCanoe Outpost on SOSMP to pay for your canoe\nCost: $15(1 night)\, $25 (2 night) \nCanoe Cost: $60/canoe – reserved and paid for by calling the Outpost at 386-364-4991\, (or you can show up and pay with risk there might not be enough canoes) \n  \n2024-25  National and Local Dues are required for this event – Registration OPENS JULY 3rd\n \nThis is a coed event and the only canoe trip of the summer!
