SUMMARY:Informational Night (Mandarin Presbyterian Church)
DESCRIPTION:Native Sons and Daughters is an organization focused on building stronger relationships between parents and children. We are a non-profit organization striving toward lifelong bonds. Unlike most other organizations\, we keep both parent and child active together through small group (Tribe) activities and large group (Nation) activities. \nNative Sons and Daughters programs are most active during the school year. Each fall we open our doors to the public and host a series of informational open house events where parents can hear about the programs from active members\, both parents and children\, and get answers for any questions they might have. \nWe understand time is valuable and lives are busy\, so we plan a variety of events to help you enjoy quality time with your child. The more you participate\, the more memories you will build. The Native American theme serves as a common level of interest between parent and child not only to learn about that culture but to reinforce family values. \nFor more information about the Native Sons and Daughters of Jacksonville and the Timucuan Longhouse\, please email info@nsdjax.org. \nPlease join us. Your kids will thank you later. \nAROUND TOWN\n If you aren’t able to come to this informational night\, you can also find us around town at one of the following locations: \nFinders Keepers children’s consignment sale – Morocco Shrine\, August 28 – Sept 1\nOpen House – John Stockton Elementary School \, August 30 @ 6:00 PM\n*Informational Night – John Stockton Elementary School \, September 04 @ 6:30 PM\nOpen House – Ortega Elementary School \, September 6 @ 6:00 PM\n*Informational Night – John Mandarin Presbyterian Church\, September 13 @ 6:30 PM\nOakleaf Expo (Fall Festival) – Oakleaf Town Center\, September 15 9:00 AM – 4:00PM\nFall Festival – KinderCare Fruit Cove\, October 13 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM \nEXISTING MEMBERS\n To volunteer to work at this informational night or any of the other open house/festival events\, please sign up on SignUpGenius.

SUMMARY:Open House in Mandarin - CANCELLED DUE TO STORM
DESCRIPTION:CANCELLATION NOTICE:\nFor the safety of our current and prospective members\, we have cancelled this last open house at Mandarin Presbyterian Church. We ask that all prospective members that planned on attending to please email us at info@nsdjax.org. By email or phone\, we can discuss the program and answer any questions you have. \nPlease stay safe over the next few days as Hurricane Matthew passes through. \n\nNative Sons and Daughters is a parent and child organization. We are a non-profit organization focused on building a lifelong bond between parents and their children. Unlike most other organizations\, we keep both parent and child active together through small group (Tribe) activities and large group (Nation) activities. \nNative Sons and Daughters programs are most active during the school year. Each fall we open our doors to the public and host a series of informational open house events where prospective members can hear about the programs from active members\, both parents and children\, and get answers for any questions they might have. \nWe understand time is valuable and lives are busy so we plan a variety of events to help you enjoy quality time with your child. \nLocation: Mandarin Presbyterian Church at 11844 Mandarin Road\, Jacksonville\, FL 32223\nDate/Time: Thursday\, October 6th at 7:00pm CANCELLED
